Project is undertaken for the development of Main Access Road (MAR) & Connecting Roads to Terminal 1.
Outcomes and achievements:
Development & upgrading of road from 2+2 lanes to 5+5 lanes ease the vehicular movement from the trumpet interchange to KIA.
The road will provide connectivity to the new terminal 2 and the existing terminal 1 of KIA.
PJB Role:
We have executed the work as prime contractor and as per client requirement. In this project we have executed Pavement work, Retaining wall, RCC drains, Road furniture, utility corridor, ducts, inspection chambers etc.
Key Items Delivered:
• Main Access Road- construction of 1.2 km flexible pavement and developed the 5+5 lanes is in progress.
• Constructed Retaining wall at Road-01, Road-02 and at Access-03.
• Roads 01 & 02: construction of 4/3 lane unidirectional road flexible pavement including drain on sides is in progress.
• Roads 03 & 04: construction of 2 lane unidirectional road flexible pavement including drain on sides.
• Road 05: construction of 3 lane unidirectional road flexible pavement including drain on one side is in progress.
